The benefit of the smaller class is you get to create each and every dish rather than do one part as in other larger cooking schools. Grant shared the leftovers on his return and like me loved the sobrasada. I am very much looking forward to a paella and churros class when a spot becomes available. Thank you both for creating a friendly atmosphere and sharing your plans for Vanuatu. It was a memorable experience.
